Ground transport is judged in seconds. Whether the door opens at the right moment, whether the driver knows the second gate, whether the cabin is the temperature you prefer.
We place and supervise vehicles and chauffeurs in every city you use, so the standard does not change when the address does.
In most Indian cities the driver matters more than the vehicle. A car that is clean, on time, and driven by someone who knows the route and reads the room is worth more than a better badge with a driver who does not. That is the part we actually manage.

Where the threat assessment supports it, B6 or B7 rated vehicles with drivers trained in evasive and protective driving, coordinated with your security detail rather than operating alongside it. Armoured vehicles in India carry licensing and import considerations that we handle rather than leave to you.

Vehicle sourcing and import
Acquisition of specific models, including cars not officially sold in India. Import duty on completely built units is substantial and the homologation and registration process is where most private imports stall. We advise on total landed cost before you commit to a car, because the sticker price abroad is rarely the number that matters.

Which cities do you cover?
Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Jaipur and Goa as standing coverage, with London, Dubai, Singapore, Zurich and New York arranged through partners we supervise.
Can armoured vehicles be arranged at short notice?
In the major Indian metros, usually within twenty four hours. Longer for specific ratings or for cities without a resident fleet, and we will say so at the outset.
Can we retain the same chauffeur?
Yes. Members who travel to a city regularly are given a named chauffeur wherever rostering allows, and we hold the preference on file.
Do you arrange transport for household staff and luggage?
Yes, as a separate vehicle on the same itinerary, so the principal's car is never delayed by the logistics.
Can you arrange the same standard across several cities?
Yes, and this is usually why families come to us rather than booking locally. One point of contact, consistent vehicle and driver standard, and your preferences held on file so they do not have to be restated in each city.
Is importing a car privately worth it?
Sometimes, for a model genuinely unavailable here. Be clear that customs duty on a completely built unit is high, and that homologation, registration and the absence of local service support are real costs. We model the landed figure and the ownership burden before you decide, and we will tell you when the answer is no.
How does a request reach Beckon?
By call, message or WhatsApp to your concierge. There is no form, no ticket number and no queue. One line is enough to begin.
What does membership cost?
Beckon is Rs. 4,00,000 annually with a Rs. 1,00,000 joining fee, exclusive of GST. Beckon Black is by invitation only. Service costs are billed separately at actuals, with no commissions and no markups.
Are service costs marked up?
No. Vendor and supplier invoices are passed to you exactly as received. Beckon is paid by your membership, which is why our recommendation is never for sale.
What are the service hours?
Beckon members are supported from ten in the morning to ten at night, seven days a week. Beckon Black members have a named relationship manager available at every hour.
How is discretion maintained?
Every request is held by a single named concierge. Details are not circulated internally, staff are bound by confidentiality undertakings, and Beckon signs a non disclosure agreement with any member who asks.
Is there a limit on the number of requests?
No. Membership is limited instead. We keep the house small so that no concierge is ever carrying more than they can hold properly.
Can requests be made outside India?
Yes. Our members live and travel across London, Dubai, Singapore, Zurich, New York and the Mediterranean, and we hold relationships in each.
How does one join?
Through introduction by an existing member, or through an application read personally by our secretary. Every applicant meets us before an invitation is extended.
