The terms of the arrangement.

Beckon is operated by Bitola Industries Pvt Ltd, incorporated in India. These terms govern your use of this website and, where membership is extended to you, your membership.

Applying does not create a membership. We review every application and may decline without giving a reason. Beckon Black is extended by invitation and cannot be applied for.

Membership is personal to you. It is not transferable and it may not be shared. Household members and immediate family may be served under your membership where we have agreed that in advance.

We arrange things. We identify the right provider, negotiate on your behalf, hold the timeline, and stay responsible for the outcome reaching you.

Where a third party performs the service, your contract for that service is with them. We select carefully and we do not disclaim our part in the arrangement, but a chartered aircraft is flown by its operator and a legal opinion is given by your counsel.

We are not a law firm and we do not give legal advice. We are not registered with SEBI and we do not advise on securities or recommend investments. We are not medical practitioners. Where a matter needs a regulated professional, we introduce you to one and coordinate; the advice remains theirs.

We decline anything unlawful, and anything we judge to place a member, our staff or a partner at unreasonable risk. We will say so plainly rather than let a request go quiet.

Your membership fee covers access, relationship management and the operational cost of Beckon. It is payable annually in advance and it is stated to you before you commit.

Services you use are billed separately at the actual cost charged by the provider. We do not add a markup. Where a partner pays us a commission, that is between us and them and it does not increase what you pay.

Membership fees are not refundable once a membership year has begun, except where we end the membership ourselves for a reason other than your conduct, in which case we refund the unused portion.

The card remains our property and is issued for your use. Tell us promptly if it is lost or if you believe someone else has your membership number, and we will issue a replacement and invalidate the old one.

The card is not a payment instrument and carries no credit. It confirms who you are.

We do not discuss members, name them, or use them as references. We ask the same of you in return only so far as it concerns our staff and our partners.

You may end your membership at any time by writing to us. It runs to the end of the paid year.

We may end a membership where a fee goes unpaid, where a member asks us for something unlawful, or where a member treats our staff or partners badly. In the last case we will have said something first.

We are liable for our own failures in arranging what you asked for. Our liability in any membership year is limited to the membership fee paid for that year, except where the law does not permit that limit, including death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and fraud.

We are not liable for the acts of a third party provider beyond our role in selecting and coordinating them.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.

Where we change these terms materially we will tell members directly and give reasonable notice before they take effect.
