Held locally
How this works in Singapore.
- Requests from Singapore reach a named relationship manager rather than a queue, and the same person stays with the request until it is closed.
- Provenance is verified independently before purchase.
- Where something cannot be arranged in Singapore on the terms you have asked for, you are told that plainly and early rather than late.
