Visible security is often a statement rather than a safeguard. The families we serve want the opposite: cover that reads as staff, and planning that removes the situation before it forms.
Our details are drawn from former service and police personnel, trained in protocol as well as protection.
Good protection is mostly invisible and mostly advance work. The visible detail is the last layer, and by the time it is doing anything the earlier layers have already failed. Most of what we arrange happens before anyone travels: route survey, venue assessment, and a quiet look at who knows the schedule.

Will the detail be visible to guests?
Only if you wish it. The default is business dress, no earpieces on display, and positioning that reads as staff rather than as a cordon.
Can protection be arranged for children and travelling family?
Yes, including school and campus routines abroad, arranged with female officers where appropriate and with the family's daily rhythm respected.
Do you work with our existing security personnel?
Frequently. We supplement, train and provide advance work, and we do not require your standing team to be replaced.
How is the threat picture assessed?
Through a written assessment covering profile, exposure, jurisdiction and current reporting, updated before major travel and reviewed each quarter.
Do we need protection, or are we overreacting?
That is the right question and the honest answer is usually a graded one. Many families need a threat assessment and some quiet changes to routine rather than a standing detail. We will tell you when a permanent detail is not warranted, because recommending one you do not need is the easiest way to lose your trust.
Can protection be arranged without it being obvious?
Yes, and for most family situations that is the brief. Low-profile protection looks like a driver and a colleague rather than a formation, and it depends far more on planning than on presence.
How does a request reach Beckon?
By call, message or WhatsApp to your concierge. There is no form, no ticket number and no queue. One line is enough to begin.
What does membership cost?
Beckon is Rs. 4,00,000 annually with a Rs. 1,00,000 joining fee, exclusive of GST. Beckon Black is by invitation only. Service costs are billed separately at actuals, with no commissions and no markups.
Are service costs marked up?
No. Vendor and supplier invoices are passed to you exactly as received. Beckon is paid by your membership, which is why our recommendation is never for sale.
What are the service hours?
Beckon members are supported from ten in the morning to ten at night, seven days a week. Beckon Black members have a named relationship manager available at every hour.
How is discretion maintained?
Every request is held by a single named concierge. Details are not circulated internally, staff are bound by confidentiality undertakings, and Beckon signs a non disclosure agreement with any member who asks.
Is there a limit on the number of requests?
No. Membership is limited instead. We keep the house small so that no concierge is ever carrying more than they can hold properly.
Can requests be made outside India?
Yes. Our members live and travel across London, Dubai, Singapore, Zurich, New York and the Mediterranean, and we hold relationships in each.
How does one join?
Through introduction by an existing member, or through an application read personally by our secretary. Every applicant meets us before an invitation is extended.
