The principle
This is the request that most concierge firms quietly outsource. A member asks for a particular actor at a wedding, the request passes through three intermediaries, the fee triples on the way, and what comes back is an approximation of the person originally asked for.
Beckon works differently here because the relationships are our own. Bitola Industries operates Manka Films, a film production company, and the industry access that comes with producing rather than merely booking is the reason this service exists at all.
What that means in practice is fewer people between you and a yes or a no, honest fees, and a straight answer early when someone is not available or not interested. An artist who does not want to do private events is not going to be persuaded, and telling you that in the first conversation is more useful than three weeks of hopeful silence.
What we arrange

A sangeet, a milestone birthday, a product launch and a private dinner call for entirely different names, and the same artist may say yes to one and no to another. We would rather understand the evening properly than send a list of who is theoretically available.

Direct approach through our own industry relationships. Fee, duration, exclusivity, and whether the engagement includes a performance, an appearance, or both. Terms are contracted in writing covering cancellation, force majeure and payment schedule, so that neither side is relying on goodwill.

Travel, security, accompanying team, accommodation, green room, catering, and stage or sound requirements. Riders are specific and they are not negotiable at the last minute. We handle these as a delivery project rather than a booking, which is why they tend not to fail on the night.

Whether the appearance is publicised or private is your decision, and it changes the terms materially. Where you want no coverage, we contract for it, brief security accordingly, and manage the guest list expectations that usually cause leaks.

For a specific major name at a wedding, three to six months is realistic, because shooting schedules are locked well in advance. Shorter notice is sometimes possible and occasionally very possible if a schedule has just moved, but planning an evening around a name confirmed two weeks out is a risk we would rather you did not take.
No, and anyone who says otherwise is selling you something. What we can do is get you a direct answer quickly, and if it is no, propose alternatives who genuinely fit the occasion rather than whoever is cheapest to book.
Yes. Playback singers, independent musicians, stand-up comedians, choreographers and sporting figures for appearances and corporate engagements. The process is the same.
Yes, and this is a large part of the work. It requires contracted media terms, a security brief, and realistic management of the guest list, because private events leak through guests far more often than through the artist's team.

Beckon is Rs. 4,00,000 annually with a Rs. 1,00,000 joining fee, exclusive of GST. Beckon Black is by invitation only. Service costs are billed separately at actuals, with no commissions and no markups.
No. Vendor and supplier invoices are passed to you exactly as received. Beckon is paid by your membership, which is why our recommendation is never for sale.
Beckon members are supported from ten in the morning to ten at night, seven days a week. Beckon Black members have a named relationship manager available at every hour.
Every request is held by a single named concierge. Details are not circulated internally, staff are bound by confidentiality undertakings, and Beckon signs a non disclosure agreement with any member who asks.
No. Membership is limited instead. We keep the house small so that no concierge is ever carrying more than they can hold properly.
Yes. Our members live and travel across London, Dubai, Singapore, Zurich, New York and the Mediterranean, and we hold relationships in each.
Through introduction by an existing member, or through an application read personally by our secretary. Every applicant meets us before an invitation is extended.
