Beckon works with education advisers who know the registrars and admissions offices as people, not as email addresses, across UK and Swiss boarding schools and US and UK universities. The point is not to game an admission. It is to find the institution that genuinely fits the child, and to present them to that institution at their best.

How early should we begin a boarding school application?
Earlier than most families expect. The strongest schools work on long timelines, and the desirable entry points fill first. A year to eighteen months ahead is comfortable; less is workable but narrows the options. We would rather begin a conversation early than tell you a door has already closed.
Can you help with US and UK university admissions?
Yes, with advisers who understand what each institution genuinely values rather than a formula. The work is developed over time, essays, choices, positioning, so the application reflects the student at their best rather than a last-minute assembly.
What does guardianship involve?
UK boarding schools require a responsible resident adult who can act for the family, host during exeats, and be present when the school needs a guardian. We arrange this to the standard the school requires and keep a reliable line back to you.
How does a request reach Beckon?
By call, message or WhatsApp to your concierge. There is no form, no ticket number and no queue. One line is enough to begin.
What does membership cost?
Membership is offered by application and invitation, and the fee is confirmed once we understand what you need. The room is kept deliberately small each year, and not every application is accepted. Beckon Black is by invitation only. Service costs are always billed separately at actuals, with no commissions and no markups.
Are service costs marked up?
No. Vendor and supplier invoices are passed to you exactly as received. Beckon is paid by your membership, which is why our recommendation is never for sale.
What are the service hours?
Beckon members have a named relationship manager, concierge hours from eight in the morning to midnight seven days a week, and an urgent line at any hour for genuine emergencies. Beckon Black members have their relationship manager available at every hour for anything.
How is discretion maintained?
Every request is held by a single named concierge. Details are not circulated internally, staff are bound by confidentiality undertakings, and Beckon signs a non disclosure agreement with any member who asks.
Is there a limit on the number of requests?
No. Membership is limited instead. We keep the house small so that no concierge is ever carrying more than they can hold properly.
Can requests be made outside India?
Yes. Our members live and travel across London, Dubai, Singapore, Zurich, New York and the Mediterranean, and we hold relationships in each.
How does one join?
Through introduction by an existing member, or through an application read personally by our secretary. Every applicant meets us before an invitation is extended.
