Access is not bought at the door. It is held by people who are called often, and who are never asked for a favour they cannot return.
One instruction reaches your concierge, and the evening is arranged around the way your family actually likes to spend it.
The difference between an event that people remember and one they merely attend is rarely budget. It is casting and pacing: who is in the room, and how the evening moves. Anyone can spend money on a party. Fewer people can tell you what to leave out.

How much notice do you need for a table?
Same day is often possible in cities where we hold relationships. For the handful of restaurants that release seats months ahead, we will say clearly what is realistic.
Can requests be made at any hour?
Beckon members are supported from ten in the morning to ten at night, every day. Beckon Black members reach their relationship manager at any hour.
Do you charge above the venue price?
No. Venue and vendor costs are billed at actuals. Where a venue requires a minimum spend, it is shown to you before you commit.
Can you arrange staffing for entertaining at home?
Yes. Chefs, service staff, sommeliers and security placed for the evening, briefed on the household and gone before the morning.
Do you handle corporate events as well as private ones?
Yes. Board offsites, client entertainment, product launches and milestone celebrations. The discipline is the same, though corporate work usually carries brand and media considerations that a private evening does not.
Can you take over an event that is already part-planned?
Yes, and it happens more often than you would think. We will be straight with you about what can still be changed at the stage you are at, and what has already been decided by earlier commitments.
How does a request reach Beckon?
By call, message or WhatsApp to your concierge. There is no form, no ticket number and no queue. One line is enough to begin.
What does membership cost?
Beckon is Rs. 4,00,000 annually with a Rs. 1,00,000 joining fee, exclusive of GST. Beckon Black is by invitation only. Service costs are billed separately at actuals, with no commissions and no markups.
Are service costs marked up?
No. Vendor and supplier invoices are passed to you exactly as received. Beckon is paid by your membership, which is why our recommendation is never for sale.
What are the service hours?
Beckon members are supported from ten in the morning to ten at night, seven days a week. Beckon Black members have a named relationship manager available at every hour.
How is discretion maintained?
Every request is held by a single named concierge. Details are not circulated internally, staff are bound by confidentiality undertakings, and Beckon signs a non disclosure agreement with any member who asks.
Is there a limit on the number of requests?
No. Membership is limited instead. We keep the house small so that no concierge is ever carrying more than they can hold properly.
Can requests be made outside India?
Yes. Our members live and travel across London, Dubai, Singapore, Zurich, New York and the Mediterranean, and we hold relationships in each.
How does one join?
Through introduction by an existing member, or through an application read personally by our secretary. Every applicant meets us before an invitation is extended.
