Destination Wedding
Palaces, private islands and heritage estates, with the guest list held in confidence.
The principle
A family wedding is the largest private event most households will ever run, and it is run once. The failures are always logistical: a flight missed, a room misallocated, a relative offended by seating.
We hold the entire operation, from venue and permissions to the movement of every guest and every trunk, so the family can be present at their own occasion.
An Indian wedding is a logistics operation carrying enormous emotional weight, which is a difficult combination. The families who enjoy their own weddings are the ones who decided early what they were not going to do. Our first job is usually to help make those decisions rather than to add options.
What we arrange
01
Palaces in Rajasthan, heritage estates, private islands and European chateaux, with civic permissions, noise clearances and fireworks approvals handled in advance.
02
Charter aircraft, block travel, arrival protocol, rooming and a named point of contact for every travelling family.
03
Design, catering, cellar, entertainment and rehearsal run by producers we have worked with, under a single accountable schedule.
04
Guest list confidentiality, press control, device policy at ceremonies and protective cover for principals and jewellery.
05
For a destination wedding the travel of two or three hundred people is a larger operation than the events themselves. Charter and commercial blocks, arrival sequencing, room allocation by family sensitivity, and a manned desk from the moment the first guest lands. Weddings fail here more often than they fail on décor.
06
Venue and heritage-site permissions, sound limits and cut-off times enforced by local authority, drone permissions, fireworks clearance where permitted, and licensing for alcohol service. Each is obtained in writing. A verbal assurance from a venue is not a permission and does not survive a complaint on the night.
The Beckon standard
Questions, answered once
Twelve to eighteen months for a landmark palace or an island in season. Nine months is workable. Below six, the venue choice narrows sharply and we will be candid about it.
Not necessarily. Many families keep a designer or planner they love and ask us to hold travel, security, permissions and vendor accountability around them.
Through vendor non disclosure agreements, a controlled device policy at private ceremonies, accredited photography only, and monitoring of press and social channels through the event.
Vendor invoices are passed to you at actuals with no commission retained by Beckon. You see what each vendor charged, and what was negotiated off it.
Twelve to eighteen months for a palace or a marquee destination in season, because the venues that matter are booked that far out and the good teams are committed alongside them. Shorter timelines are workable, at the cost of choice rather than quality.
Yes, and often that is the better arrangement. Where a family has a planner they trust, we handle what sits outside a planner's usual reach: aviation, guest movement at scale, security, and artist bookings. We are not trying to replace someone who is doing a good job.
By call, message or WhatsApp to your concierge. There is no form, no ticket number and no queue. One line is enough to begin.

No. Vendor and supplier invoices are passed to you exactly as received. Beckon is paid by your membership, which is why our recommendation is never for sale.
Beckon members are supported from ten in the morning to ten at night, seven days a week. Beckon Black members have a named relationship manager available at every hour.
Every request is held by a single named concierge. Details are not circulated internally, staff are bound by confidentiality undertakings, and Beckon signs a non disclosure agreement with any member who asks.
No. Membership is limited instead. We keep the house small so that no concierge is ever carrying more than they can hold properly.
Yes. Our members live and travel across London, Dubai, Singapore, Zurich, New York and the Mediterranean, and we hold relationships in each.
Through introduction by an existing member, or through an application read personally by our secretary. Every applicant meets us before an invitation is extended.
